The first step in our process for everyone is to please fill in the form below. This is the only way to initiate the process for design, garden installation or maintenance or to inquire regarding our Black Sanctuary Gardens and Equity Pricing Programs. The form provides us with the information we need in order to best serve you.

What’s your vision for your outdoor space? What would you want Pine House to do for you? For example, are you interested in a whole landscape overhaul integrating fruit trees and perennial edibles throughout your garden, or are you interested in a building or updating a couple of raised vegetable beds?

We find it is difficult to tackle spaces for budgets less than $50K. What’s your budget for this project?

Less than $25k

$25 – 50K

Our design-build process tends to take about 3-9 months from start to finish. What’s your timeline for your project? When would you like your garden completed by? Are you flexible?

Where do you live? What is the access to the garden space? Can the garden be entered from the street or side yard or will we need to walk through the home?
